Jaromír Novák strengthens the team of the Czech neutral peering node, NIX.CZ

Jaromír Novák became a partner for regulatory affairs of the Czech neutral interconnection node NIX.CZ. In the association, he will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing changes in legislation that affect members of the NIX.CZ association.

"Jaromír Novák joined the CZ.NIC association in April 2020, and since a number of topics overlap with the activities of NIX.CZ, I am glad that we have agreed on a cooperation in our association as well," said Adam Golecký, Executive Director of the NIX.CZ Association.

Jaromír Novák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Information Management at the University of Hradec Králové. In the autumn of 2012, he was appointed a member of the Czech Teleccommunication Office (ČTU) by the Government of the Czech Republic, who he was until May of the following year, when he became the Chairman of the ČTU Council. Jaromír Novák resigned from the position of Chairman and Member of the ČTU Council in January 2020.
